 IHEAS

• The IHEAS program will continue to provide excellent classes as we have for families these past 4 years!​ 

• Private enrichment homeschool program ​​

• Industry based experiential learning for K-12th grade students in animal and plant science. Promote student agency, inquiry-based learning that builds confidence and leadership skills; inspires a sense of wonder. IHEAS incorporates entrepreneurship, work study and provide opportunities to apply concepts to real world situations and the skills needed for entry level positions. 

• Equine Science, CHA Horsemanship, In Hand work, Anatomy, Homesteading/Gardening, Agriculture, Work Study- Apprentice program for entry level Job training, Horse Management and Applied Science.

• We can now offer the riding lesson aspect to our program since it is now private and not a public funded program.  We will have riding lessons during the 30-week classes progressively through CHA levels in the full day program. 

• Classes begin the week of September 7, 2026

• 30-week private enrichment program K-12

• tuition payment plans are available

• Small class size and 2 classes according to age/grade

• ​Wednesday 6-12 grades (exceptions for younger students based on ability and maturity)​​

• Thursday K-5 grades full day 9:00-3:00

• Half day option for K-5th grade students 9:00-12:00 for half of the normal tuition

• Friday 4-9 grades full day 9:00-3:00

• Work Study available - limited number of spots available, students work one day and attend their class on a different day for a reduced tuition- full for the 26/27 school year

• Full day tuition - $2750 with payment option

• September 1, first and last month- $611

• $305 on the 1st of each month: Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, April and May 

• pay in full by September 1 - reduced tuition- $2500

• Half day tuition Thursday - $1375 $with payment option

• September 1, first and last month - $305

• $153 on the 1st of each month:  Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, April and May

• Tuition payable to Iron Horse Ranch - mail or drobox or online option on the home page using the donate button (2% needs to be added for processing fees)

• ART at Iron Horse - Mr. Kyle Instructor 

• These classes are going to be monthly sessions (4 one day a week classes) that are going to focus on different mediums (watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, pastels etc.). In these 3-hour classes students will have the opportunity to explore and fine tune their existing talent with these mediums!

• These classes will focus on each student's personal interest and style and offer opportunities to building technical skills. Each class will also have a live model - a horse! (And/or other farm animals] )

• Mr. Kyle has had the privilege of studying at the Florence Academy of Art at their Swedish campus, as well the Gage Academy in Seattle. Both presented great opportunities to expand on technical abilities and diverse mediums in order to grow as an artist. 

• Classes will either be 9a-12p or 12:30-3:30p.

• $15 each class or $50 when pay for the 4 monthly classes
